Yoga in Sports..

Harjean has worked with many Athletes and individuals in the sports industry working on recovery, flexibility and being able to use their full range of motion. Harjean first started working with Athletes while in New York City, working with American Football Players. Here she saw how many of the athletes were getting frequently injured causing them to miss training sessions and miss important games. She noticed that players were tight and inflexible. After working on their flexibility, breathing and core strength she saw great improvements. Harjean has also worked with Boxers and WWE fighter Diamond Dallas.



Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club and Academy…

Harjean works at the Wolves academy, working with the U23’s and U18’s. Here she works on recovery, flexibility, balance and mindful movements. Teaching the players about breath control and mindfulness. Using slow and controlled movements helps develop strength and control. And learning to breath deeply through the nose allows for a calm and controlled mind.
